Any Individual, Responsible Relative/Family, or Legal Representative of an Individual may file a grievance in the manner of their choice.  A team meeting can be requested at any point by any party at any point of the grievance process if deemed necessary to try to resolve all matters, concerns, grievances.  A plan of action will be drafted at that time with input from all parties involved.
