EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

​LifeCare Services, LLC is locally owned and directed by Stephanie Sebrina Williams, RN.  Stephanie began her career in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant and continued her education in Nursing.  Among receiving her Degree in Nursing, Stephanie also received the University Of Mobile 'School Of Nursing Award' and the 'Medical Staff Award' from Mobile Infirmary Hospital. With thirty years of various healthcare experiences which includes twenty-five years of nursing experience, Stephanie has found great joy in providing individualized healthcare. Her passion is to provide each individual served by LifeCare Services with the Highest Quality Of Individualized Care! She coined a highly motivating & inspirational phrase, "To Enhance Lives Daily!"
 
As a Nurse, Stephanie has provided care in a variety of healthcare settings; Pediatric, Mental Health, Women Health, Adult Health, Geriatrics, Home healthcare, School Nursing, & more. April 2010, Stephanie took a leap of faith and opened Sebrina's Sitter Service, a non-medical healthcare service providing private duty sitters to elderly individuals throughout Mobile and Baldwin Counties. Stephanie's successful and more importantly customer satisfied start up business (Sebrina's Sitter Service) was the foundation for LifeCare Services, LLC. Stephanie's greater vision of service is to provide honest, dependable, and professional LIFE services to people with Intellectual & or Developmental Disabilities in our community. At LifeCare Services, LLC we sincerely believe that every Life is important regardless of an individual's physical, mental and or medical needs; every LIFE deserves the best CARE. ​
